Unutilized points in a year can be carried forward to the next year for upto 3 years. Points can be accumulated for a maximum period of 3 years only i.e., Last 2 years + Current year. Also, points can be borrowed from the upcoming years eligibility/ quota as well current year + next 2 years.

Amenities such as swimming pool, health club, etc., as well as entertainment programmes like, outdoor / indoor activities, bonfires, trekking, etc, are open to you. Additionally, if you are transiting through the resort you can make use of a wash & change room at zero cost for 2 hours above which you will be charged half a day’s point burn for the respective room category.

Yes! However every Rosetta resorts and every other accommodation villa that you can book on an exchange will have its own cancellation policy that shall be applicable to you.

The booking window opens 6 months in advance i.e., June holiday booking opens in January for Premium and Standard seasons. For the Super Premium & festival season, the booking window opens 9 months in advance.

You can use your Club Rosetta Membership & Points at any of the resorts operated by Rosetta Resorts & Holiday Homes at over 1000+ affiliated 5-Star resorts globally, with our exchange partners.

You can start your holiday once you receive your membership ID with your full membership fees realised and your 10% of membership deposit are cleared.

You can book up to 3 rooms simultaneously at any given point of time subject to availability of rooms and your membership points balance.

Yes – The minimum number of nights per booking is 2 nights. However, there is a limit of 3 weekends/days per year and up to 7 weekdays per year.
