Errol Fernandes

Chairman and Managing Director

Errol Fernandes began his entrepreneurial journey in 1986 with a startup in the software industry. In 1988 he started his own firm, Ferns Estates, and Developers. Ferns Estates and Developers is a pioneer in gated communities, villas, and commercial real estate for the last three-plus decades in Bangalore. Renowned as one of the most premium brands in Indian real estate, Ferns Estates blends comfort, style, and sustainable living for a better future ahead.

Jai Sreedhar

Joint Managing Director and CEO

Jai believes that his core interest lies in the hospitality industry and hence spent the last two decades around the world learning, leading, and contributing to the larger vision of both his personal and professional goals. He started his career with The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts and in a career spanning more than a decade and a half with them, he was instrumental in driving domestic and overseas business for the group.

Jai holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration along with postgraduate qualifications in Hospitality Management from Cornell University, New York, and an honors diploma from the Educational Institute of the American Hotel & Lodging Association.

Abhishek Dhar

Abhishek Dhar is a seasoned hotelier with over twenty years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has held significant positions at prestigious establishments such as Four Seasons, Raffles Hotel, The Leela Palace, and Hyatt Hotels, making notable contributions particularly in the Food and Beverage department. He spearheaded the successful launch of Rosetta's first hotel in Goa, Elements by Rosetta - Varca, Goa, which opened in December 2023. His main objective is to provide a guest experience that embodies Rosetta's vision of unmatched luxury and sophistication. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Abhishek is a keen traveler with a deep interest in wines and spirits, which enhances his ability to create memorable guest experiences. Under his leadership, Rosetta Hospitality is set to achieve further success in redefining luxury in the hospitality sector.

Jamaluddin Khilji

Jamaluddin Khilji has a 24-year career in the Hospitality and Retail industries, bringing a wide range of expertise from his experiences in various environments and cultures. He spent eleven years at Marriott India, serving in crucial HR roles in esteemed hotels across locations like Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Pune. In October 2021, Khilji joined Rosetta Hospitality in Bangalore, where he is responsible for shaping the Human Capital and Training function across all group companies, with a particular emphasis on the dynamic hospitality sector. His profound industry knowledge and dedication to promoting a forward-thinking and inclusive work environment continue to significantly contribute to Rosetta Hospitality's success and its workforce's growth.

Abhilash Kumar

Abhilash Kumar, with over 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, serves as the Corporate Head of Sales & Marketing at Rosetta Hospitality. His responsibilities include meeting revenue goals, strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, talent recruitment, and partnership with channel partners in key markets. He also oversees PR and media strategies for brand awareness and maintains a high online reputation score in a competitive market. His ability to connect with people contributes to his role in the hospitality industry, impacting Rosetta Hospitality's guests and stakeholders.

Avis Rodrigues

Avis Rodrigues, in charge of F&B experiences at Rosetta Hospitality, has nearly two decades of experience in the field. She holds a bachelor's degree in hospitality and hotel administration, postgraduate studies from the Oberoi Center of Learning and Development, and a diploma in Human Rights and Labor Law from Mumbai University. Her career includes work with prestigious establishments like Oberoi Hotels and Resorts and entrepreneurship with the opening of two successful restaurants in Goa. Currently, at Rosetta Hospitality, she is responsible for defining the F&B experiences for guests and is involved in launching Rosetta's first standalone restaurant in Bangalore. Her work ethos aligns with Leo Burnett's quote about curiosity being the secret of creative people

Mohan P Rao

Mohan is a seasoned professional in HR who has dedicated over four decades to enhancing human capability and organisational excellence. His career includes strategic HR practices in the hospitality sector with significant contributions in various organizations. He has contributed to companies like Oberoi, Leela, Radisson Blu Dwarka, Jamavar London, and Rosetta by Ferns. His dedication to change, enhancement of people processes, and employee engagement has established him as a leading figure in HR. His consultancy services continue to influence the future of HR practices and industry standards.

Arun Kumar

Arun Kumar is a seasoned professional with a 22-year tenure in the travel, retail, and hospitality sectors. He has also spearheaded and expanded several startups, with a focus on customer-oriented services. He advocates for people and relationship marketing to enhance CRM, SQM, and CEM perception in the sector. His work history includes tenures at IndiGo, Café Coffee Day, and Johnson Lodge & Spa. Currently, as the Corporate Head of Talent Management & Business Excellence at Rosetta Hospitality, Kumar oversees the consistent delivery of the "Rosetta" experience, corporate communications alignment, and Brand Standards compliance across all business units. He contributes significantly to Rosetta Hospitality's growth and excellence.

Milan Gupta

Milan Gupta is a chef with over 20 years of experience in the culinary field. His approach to cooking emphasizes simplicity and authenticity. He began his career at the Taj Mahal Hotel in Mumbai, and later held significant roles at the Orchid Group of Hotels and Marriott Renaissance, Mumbai. Five years ago, he moved into entrepreneurship, launching several eateries and co-owning Taftoon, a top restaurant in Bombay. Additionally, he provides consultancy services to various well-known hotels and restaurants throughout India. Gupta's culinary style ensures an authentic dining experience that is simple yet impactful.

V.P. Pavamana

V.P. Pavamana is a professional in the construction industry with over 20 years of experience. His knowledge covers all aspects of project activities, from conceptualization and feasibility studies to design, execution, and handover. He has managed building projects across various sectors including hospitality, residential, and commercial, as well as civil engineering and infrastructure development projects. His involvement in notable hospitality projects such as JW Marriott at Bangalore, Courtyard Marriott at Bangalore, and Double Tree Hilton at Goa demonstrates his expertise. Previously, Pavamana held senior roles at international firms like Colliers International and SembCorp, along with other respected domestic companies. Under his leadership, each project is carefully planned and executed, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Jason Fernandes

Jason Fernandes is the Head of Business Development, Landscaping and Horticulture at Rosetta. He oversees the company's sustainability initiatives and manages farming activities that support its farm-to-table approach. Fernandes also supervises two coffee plantations for the group. His venture into soil-less farming includes a 20,000 sq.ft. hydroponic farm in Sarjapur, Bangalore, which is expected to produce around 80,000 kgs of produce annually. He plans to build his second farm at Rosetta-Sakleshpur, and aims to expand this initiative by creating more hotel farms under the Rosetta Hospitality brand. Prior to joining Rosetta-Sakleshpur, Fernandes worked in event management and e-commerce, gaining experience in business development, sales and marketing, and event management.

Mohandas Gangadharan

Mohandas Gangadharan, with close to 30 years of experience in hospitality and timeshare, is the Corporate Head - Club Rosetta Sales and Operations at Rosetta-Sakleshpur. At Rosetta, Gangadharan focuses on leveraging the company's strengths and creating innovative programs to increase the value of Club Rosetta membership. Outside of Rosetta, he co-founded Paati Veedu, a fine-dining restaurant in Chennai, and Our Native Village, one of India's first fully eco-resorts, in Bangalore. His strategic approach and market understanding position Rosetta-Sakleshpur for continued growth and success in delivering exceptional experiences to its members.

Amit Vivian Richard Gowli

Amit Vivian Richard Gowli is a highly skilled Resident Manager at Rosetta-Sakleshpur, with an impressive 21-plus years of experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout his career, Amit has worked with some of the most renowned hotel chains in India. He spent a decade with Oberoi Hotels, where he honed his skills in managing restaurants, banquet and bar operations, and leading the Food and Beverage and Front Office Departments. At Rosetta Hospitality, Amit's role involves defining and managing the entire hotel operations. His goal is to push the boundaries and place Rosetta-Sakleshpur on the map as a top destination for travelers seeking exceptional hospitality. Under Amit's guidance, Rosetta Hospitality is poised to achieve new heights and redefine luxury and comfort for the guests.

Kiran Kumar

An alumni of the prestigious Oberoi Centre of Learning and Development, Kiran is a matured Hotel Professional with over two decades of experience in accommodation operations.

A Certified Housekeeping Executive (CHHE) from American Hotels and Lodging Association(AHLA), Kiran has been instrumental in pre-opening operations of some of the most well known hotels in India such as The Park- Bangalore, Shangri-la Bangalore, Hyatt PlaceBangalore, Taj Mount Road – Chennai., to name a few. As the General Manager of the Rosetta– Sakleshpur, Kiran heads the day to day operations of the resort and is primarily responsible for delivering curated guest experiences in line with the Rosetta vision.

Kiran is a huge fan of cricket and Formula 1 racing. He is also into fitness and in his leisure time he loves to get his hands on table tennis and spend quality time with family.
